Began backtesting early this morning; powerful tool at first glance!

I am currently testing against a few other powerful confluences. I noticed the range and might assume it mimics the Algo v6.

-So far Im testing Identifying true tops and bottoms with it

-Strength between Algo v6 and BETA

-Also, various ways of strength decrease as it switches trend direction.

Apologies i missed your last comment; delayed of some sort Keep in mind, this is more for super scalping (20-50 ticks): For the BETA settings: Lookback Period: 14 Average SMA lookback: 50 For Algo v6: RSI lookback 14 RSI MA: vwma: 50 S/R Moving Average Type: smooth //Both RSI lines layered on top one another give me better confirmation on what price or the session wants to do. When they're both above your MA/Ribbon for algo, it gives way heavy weight to the long direction. Opposite for shorts of course. //When they spread apart (or one of them falls back into range) it immediately signals the decrease in the trend direction. Unfortunately you just cannot see it while in the moment (or Live) but the indicator will help identify for you ahead of time, when RSIs are are apart. Eventually the other will follow suit signaling new trend occurring Regarding the RSI line; thanks for the tip three, i meant the RSI strength line and v6's RSI line. //In the image First arrow shows confluence of both RSI lines moving below range, confirming better, stronger reason to take your short .Opposite for Second arrow //When they both retract from one another, trend slows. I want one of those lines to retract back into range which tells me "Heads up, Money is slowing down, stop trading, reassess, and confirm next trend). The indicator above (green line ) easily identifies the strength of trend first // I then drop to yours, to confirm im not going to get a weird candle going a few points against me //Finally i want the momentum indicator at the bottom to confirmation the third green light by ensuring both MAs (blue/gold line) cross, and line line is below (red) mid line. This happen4-9 times a day, even in crappy chop. This would be nice to get this all into one fancy solution in due time, that way you wouldnt need to count 3 extra indicators you know. Im a futures trader so volume may be different, but profits is highly favorable with this method. This thing would end up being a heavy method once you start adding to it whilst keeping it simple and effective . Im all ears as well for feedback, it helps me relook at the details behind other perspectives and come up with more ideas for the community :)
