But honestly I would Set it as a cross of the point of control line

Although this isn't a good idea because ot sounds like ur looking for a crossover strategy and thise are big failures.

Use 8t correctly. If u wanted to find moving average crossovers then just put two rsis on ur chart and loon fir crossovers. You'll fail but it'll be ur strategy.
